If you have booked at least two educational assemblies at your school, you can arrange to have an additional show at your school that evening at no risk to you. The evening show is completely different then the daytime show, but it still drives home the educational message. We provide you with a 1 week flier (to be duplicated) that every child must take home the week before the shows. We also provide you with a “Same Day” flier (also to be duplicated) that the students take home that day. During the day time shows, Brian will promote the evening show, filled with more new magic, illusion, comedy, and fun. There is a charge at the door of $3 per child or adult. The first $350 that is brought in goes to us and the rest is money raised for your PTA or Home & School Association.

The above is a proven recipe for a successful fundraiser. All you have to do is duplicate the fliers and make sure that they are taken home one week before and the day of. You also need to provide a volunteer to help collect money at the door. Finally, the more you and your association members talk it up, the more money you are guaranteed to raise. Just imagine: you could possibly make enough money to fund all of next year’s assemblies and more…
